Who are we?
Welcome to The Sooke Amateur Radio Association (SARA), a Ham Radio group in Sooke, British Columbia, Canada and the surrounding area.
When do we meet?
We meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm on frequency 146.580 for about 30 minutes.
All licensed amateur radio operators and their supervised guests are welcome to check-in with us!
What do we talk about?
- Interesting topics or information about the community, including ham radio topics.
- Volunteer opportunities for ham radio operators.
- Emergency preparedness and ham radio.
- Equipment feedback, ideas, improvements, etc.
